Keller & Kalmbach takes over IEW 

Unterschleissheim, 9^th August 2023

The Keller & Kalmbach group with its head office in Unterschleissheim near Munich, known as one of the leading specialist for fastener and fixing technologies and the expert in C-parts-management, has backdated to 1^st January 2023 purchased 100 % of the shares of IEW (Industrial Equipment Westendorff). IEW, located in Erkrath, has specialised on drawing parts for the industry. As reliable partner for domestic and foreign industry companies, IEW delivers fasteners according to individual orders. Its owner Mr. Ewald Spleiter sold IEW for reasons of age.

Keller & Kalmbach plans to successively integrate the company into the own group. With this take-over, Keller & Kalmbach emphasises the importance of focussing on industry and drawing parts in the future in combination with the wide range of fastener and fixing technologies as well as industry and C-parts and C-parts logistic systems which are reliable and award-winning for many decades.
